What are the options?
1. We become your tenant
Solstice becomes your tenant under a company lease agreement and we provide the following benefits :
- Your property is kept in pristine condition. We look after your assets.
- Your rent is guaranteed for the duration of our agreement.
- We take care of any minor maintenance and can coordinate major maintenance.
- The property is inspected by our cleaning team weekly at a minimum.
- You can inspect the property as regularly as you wish (24 hours notice).
- We can make arrangements quickly (less than 2 weeks until your first rental payment).
- Hassle free – you can be confident that your property is being looked after by us.
2. We manage the property as a short term rental on your behalf
With this option we market your property in the same way as option 1. However the key differences are :
- The income varies from month to month
- You would pay to furnish the property.
